Hi, I’m lauren williams.

Welcome! I’m so glad you are here! I am a Holistic Mind, Body, Green certified Health Coach as well as certified in Functional Nutrition. I intend to help you live your best and healthiest life. When we have a coaching session, it allows you to explore your needs and how to achieve your goals. It is incredibly beneficial to your health and figuring out a guide to living the best life you intend. I specialize in chronic illnesses or if you want to get ahead of any health concerns, I’m here for you.

Let me share a little bit about my story. I built a career in corporate retail and I eventually opened my own boutique. At the end of 2020, we pulled our 3 children out of the public school system and began homeschooling. I felt too overwhelmed to run a business in addition to homeschooling so I decided to close down. However, I was also dealing with health concerns. I had strange symptoms for a few years that I could not figure out which was concerning. Fast forward a year and a half after closing the shop, I experienced temporary paralysis in my legs which led to a diagnosis of Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. It’s a rare diagnosis (only 10% of people with MS have) and I was nothing short of petrified. I sought out holistic wellness practices and I am so happy to report my numbers have improved in my disability score and vision since diagnosis. I believe in creating a support system and helping when you are at your most vulnerable point in your life. I also believe in creating a healthy, non-toxic environment when giving your body the best chance to heal. I would love to help you achieve your goals.
