Will you be telling me what to do?

In short, no! Health coaching is about you and your health goals. I’m there to help you! Think about this scenario- if I told you, in order to be healthy, you need to consume 9 cups of veggies a day, you most likely would not want to do that. However, if I ask you, what does healthy eating look like to you? We would then build goals around what’s achievable in your life and your goals.

can you partner with my doctor?

Absolutely! I can partner with your doctor on helping you accomplish your goals or on any tasks directed by your health care provider.

are you HIPaA compliant?

The focus of my practice to be as HIPAA compliant as possible. All sessions and emails are 100% private and confidential as noted in our coaching agreement. You will receive an agreement and privacy policy with everything detailed out prior to our first session.

How do we build goals?

The goals set will be based around creating SMART goals. These goals will be time sensitive and motivated.

can my insurANCE COVER OUR SESSIONS?

Each insurance company has different requirements and policies are constantly changing. I would work with your insurance company and see if you can submit your invoice to your HSA or insurance provider to seek coverage.

what type of goals can i create?

The roots of holistic health lie in stress, movement, nutrition, spirituality, environmental, mental, emotional, sleep and relationship health. Goals based around those basic areas of your life tend to be the most helpful to focus on.
